Molecular Interactive Collaborative Environment (MICE)

cAMP dependent protein kinase

MICE is an application which allows users to view interactively three-dimensional models of molecules and offers the capability to distribute these scenes and interact with other users anywhere on the interne.

Written in Java, MICE integrates several technologies such as ICE (Interactive Collaborative Environment), CORBA, Java and Java3D.

MICE has been developped entirely at SDSC and is currently used by SDSC and NPACI researchers and by educators.
